I recently bought this product on was following up with the production team.
Upon delivery I found bundle of issues with the product
1) Hook for hanging frame on wall was not provided in the packaging.
2) Hole was about 6 MM and screw provided was simple black screw with 3 mm Head. Is this A joke even a non technical person can't do such type mistake, hole is larger and the screw is smaller
It was very difficult to hang on wall also to find exact matching screw size it took about 500 rs to buy the screw
When escalated these issues to the seller. They didn’t even bother to reply me on the issues . They got their money and sitting back relax and i am the one who has paid for this faulty product.
Also after writing the review of the product I got the call from the team post which I haven't received any update. I think that wall just for formality.
