I recently bought this product on was following up with the production team. During the production the design was different from the photo shown in the website Grid is thicker as compared to the photo shown on website. (Refer attachments)
Upon delivery I found bundle of issues with the product
1) Hook for hanging frame on wall was not provided in the packaging.
2) Hole was about 3 MM and it was very difficult to hang on wall also to find exact matching screw size it took about 500 rs to buy the screw
3) Frame was bend from the centre
4) Edges was not polished from the back side and it wad too sharp
5) Laser cutting finish is not proper.
When escalated these issues to the seller. They didn’t even bother to reply me on the issues . They got their money and sitting back relax and i am the one who has paid for this faulty product.
